Seller Spotlight: Q&A with Kelly McAuliffe on How Daily Cash Flow Gave Her the Freedom to Scale her eCommerce Business

Three years ago, Kelly McAuliffe began selling on Amazon. She wanted the freedom to work from anywhere and spend more time with family. So she decided to give selling a try. One of the biggest challenges she faced as a seller was Amazon’s two week payment period. With daily payments from Payability, Kelly no longer worries about cash flow.

What achievements are you most proud of since becoming a seller?

My biggest achievement as a seller is being able to provide a happy comfortable life for my family while not having to give up my time to an employer that doesn’t really value you anyway. Not only have I become an Amazon seller, but a large scale vendor as well. While Amazon is only one part of our business it is a very important part and we are happy that Payability plays an essential part of our day to day functions as well.

What do you find most challenging about selling on Amazon?

When you are putting out thousands of dollars and trying to scale up a rapidly growing business it is hard to wait two weeks for them to pay you. My distributors want to be paid now and waiting two weeks and in some cases sixty days is a long time in the e-comm world. .

How have you grown since using Payability?

In the past year, with the help of Payability I have been able to scale up across all marketplaces and add FIVE new product lines which is very exciting!

Do you sell on other marketplaces?

We work as an Amazon Vendor and on Walmart, eBay, Jet and Etsy marketplaces. 

How do you put your Payability money to work?

Having daily access to my earnings, especially during Quarter 4 was huge for me and made it possible to expand at the busiest time of year. I am always looking for the next product line to add and with Payability I have my cash when I earn it and can buy right away without having to use credit cards or loans.

Any tips or tricks to maximize your money?

Being debt free and working on your own funds is HUGE for us.

My #SellerLifestyle allows my family to go on extended vacations and weekend trips regularly while Amazon does the work for us.
